How We Use Your Information

• Provide App functionality, including emergency contact management, AI guidance, and recording features.
• Share location with emergency services and emergency contacts during user-initiated emergency situations.
• Enhance user experience and improve App features.

Data Retention and Deletion

• Audio Recordings and Personal Data: Retained as long as the account remains active. Users can request account deletion directly through the App settings.
• Emergency Contacts: Stored locally on user devices only. Retained for the duration of account use and deleted when you uninstall the app or delete your account.
• Location Data: Not stored in our database. Location is only captured temporarily during emergency situations and is not retained after the feature is used.

Account Deletion

Users can delete their account at any time through the App settings. Upon account deletion, all personal data, including audio recordings and emergency contacts, will be permanently erased from our systems within 24-48 hours, except where retention is required by law.
